Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to work at a client site in Boron, California. This position will provide care and first aid to injured/ill employees at the onsite clinic. The nurse will perform the following tasks: Download patient records into database; maintain database and monthly updates for the smoking cessation, fatigue management, obesity management and ergonomics programs; responsible for hepatitis, flu and all vaccine program management; communicate with physician/medical director regarding employee updates; perform First Aid/CPR/AED MSHA training for Boron Operations; provide education to employees on risk reduction strategies; assist with employee new hire, medical surveillance and exit exams.
Qualified candidates will be licensed in the state of California with 2-3 years experience in an occupational health setting. Other requirements: Current BLS and ACLS certification; ability to work independently; must possess decision making skills based on strong professional and clinical judgment; must be service-oriented and possess strong written and oral communications skills; must have excellent listening skills.

Programmer Level 1
|
We are currently looking for a Programmer Level 1 to join our team. Major duties include providing programming support for WorkLink software product, WorkLink clients and WorkLink users.
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related-field or Technical Certification. Must have knowledge of the following program languages: classic ASP, VB6, C#, ASP.NET, HTML and Javascript. Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005 and Microsoft Reporting Services 2005 with extensive knowledge of Structured Query Language and relational databases such as, but not limited to, Access and SQL Server. Knowledge of off-the-shelf software for office productivity, such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications, Macromedia applications and Adobe programs. Must be able to adjust and is flexible to meet changing work needs and deadlines. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a strong customer focus and ability to work within a team of service-oriented individuals. Must have a passionate commitment for extraordinary levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
