Administrative Assistant

| We are currently looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Anaheim, California. Major duties include a variety of administrative functions to support the CEO of our company. This position will also work closely with the Communications department.
Qualified candidates must have high school diploma or equivalent. 5 to 7 years experience in coordination of company travel, assembly/preparation of proposal documents; proofing, editing and transcription of business documents, composition of general business forms, event management support and administration of databases. Must have excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have ability to maintain a professional approach with others in demanding, multi-tasking situations. Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail are required. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality is required. The successful candidates will be reliable, self motivated and possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance, have impeccable attention to detail, make smart and timely decisions, and react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. Nurse Case Manager (Part Time)

| We are currently looking for an Occupational Health Case Manager, RN to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position is focused on using a new approach to helping employees return to work. The primary responsibility of this position is telephonic case management and review of appropriateness of care for client’s illness/work related incidents. The position will assess and collect data regarding risk factors for delayed recovery and determine the impact on care, recovery and return-to-work. It will also generate solutions to minimize or eliminate obstacles which prevent of delay return-to-work. The position will also serve as an advocate for the injured/ill worker in the compensation process, provide support, information, education to improve employees’ knowledge about their health and self-care and enhance their understanding of the health care treatment plan and process.
Qualified applicants must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid Utah RN license. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is highly preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in on-site occupational health nursing or worker’s compensation case management. Telephonic case management experience preferred. Ability to obtain Occupational Health and/or Case Management certification within 2 years of employment. Certification in CCM/Disability Management desired. Must have positive telephone interaction skills including ability to ask open-ended questions to identify problems and focus conversation for goal directed and time limited conversation. Must be able to interact effectively with HR, safety staff, local medical providers and other designated personnel for proper initiation and follow- of possible work-related injuries and illnesses. EMT-I/Paramedic

We are currently looking for a Paramedic/EMT to work at a client site in Gallup, New Mexico. This position will maintain all pertinent paramedic and medical records required by federal, state and local agencies. This also includes responding to all plant emergencies. Providing medical care to clinic patients as requested/needed, and within the paramedic scope of practice.
Qualified candidates will have their current EMT/Paramedic certification with 3-5 years experience. Must have BLS, ACLS, and CPR. Requires ability to work independently. Must possess decision making skills based on strong professional and clinical judgment. Must be service-oriented and possess strong written and oral communications skills.
