WorkCare Unveils its New Logo and
Corporate Identity

WorkCare has updated its logo and corporate identity to better reflect its expanding capabilities in integrated health, which is focused upon delivering the continuum of health services to employees. Commenting on this change, WorkCare President Dr. Peter Greaney explained that WorkCare continues to offer occupational health services as one of its core competencies, but is now complementing those services with full-spectrum solutions.

"In order to provide clients workforce health solutions that promote organizational resiliency, we needed to reconsider the value we provide in occupational health and offer employers services that promote health, safety and well-being across the work-life continuum. This approach goes to the core of recognizing the symbiotic relationship that often occurs between work-related injury/illness and personal health factors. Through an integrated health model, we Make Health Count for employers by offering services that enhance and maintain employee health, and thereby promote the productivity and resiliency of an organization," Dr. Greaney explained.

Making Health Count, the company's new tagline, also recognizes the importance of measuring the impact of interventions and conveys WorkCare's capabilities in enhancing workforce productivity. The figure also represents the importance of human behavior and individual choices that can drive accidents, injuries and health care costs.

Relationship-Driven

In addition to the new logo and tagline, all client support personnel providing account support will now be referred to as Client Relations Representatives. This change in title better reflects WorkCare's customer service philosophy. "We have long been a relationship-driven company, as everything we do everything we do is based upon building and sustaining strong relations with our clients," said Paula Sandrock, vice president of client relations.

Aside from the logo change, WorkCare's Southern California staff also underwent a big change on October 1, as they moved from their offices in Orange to a new location in Anaheim.
