Dr. Greaney transitioned from his long-standing role as President and CEO of WorkCare to become Executive Chairman in October 2018. He continues to serve as the company’s Chief Medical Officer.

Dr. Greaney transitioned from his long-standing role as President and CEO of WorkCare to become Executive Chairman in October 2018. He continues to serve as the company’s Chief Medical Officer.

Since transitioning to his new role, Dr. Greaney has been investigating the application of artificial intelligence in health care delivery systems and related industries. He remains actively involved in WorkCare business development, client relations, thought leadership and physician oversight.

Dr. Greaney founded WorkCare, Inc., in 1984 as a national occupational health consulting company while successfully operating a busy occupational medicine practice for many years in Anaheim, Calif.

He is board-certified in occupational medicine and board-eligible in toxicology. He earned his Medical Degree in Ireland and completed his occupational medicine residency at the University of California Southern Occupational Health Center, Irvine, Calif.

Dr. Greaney prides himself on analyzing global trends to deliver practical, integrated employee health management solutions on the front lines. His willingness to be innovative – even disruptive – sets him and his company apart. Dr. Greaney aims to produce positive outcomes for employees, employers and society.

Bill was named President and CEO of WorkCare in October 2018. He is responsible for executing the company's strategies to create sustainable growth.

He joined WorkCare in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Bill was instrumental in significantly expanding WorkCare’s footprint by investing in information technology, creating scalable delivery models and entering into strategic partnerships that add value for customers. He has held senior management positions in private and public companies for over 30 years, including 10 years as Executive Vice President and CFO for CORE, Inc., a provider of integrated disability management services to Fortune 500 companies. Bill has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College, Quincy, Mass.

Barry Fager

Barry was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer in October 2018 after serving as Director, Financial & Management Reporting, since 2015.

Barry has extensive experience in finance for major companies such as Continental Airlines, Hewlett-Packard and Coca-Cola, and several non-profit organizations. Barry is adept at financial planning and analysis, and demonstrating opportunities for revenue generation and cost management. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.

Fred Peguero Sr.

Fred joined the WorkCare leadership team in January 2019 after serving as Vice President of IT Enterprise Business Solutions with ECMC Group, Santa Ana, Calif.

He brings skills in setting strategic vision, building tactical plans and acting as a change agent. Fred is particularly passionate about leveraging technology to deliver business results. At ECMC, a financial services company, Fred was responsible for enterprise architecture, software engineering, applications development, integration, business intelligence and reporting, and database management teams. Prior to ECMC Group, he held executive-level IT roles with Ingram Micro, a Fortune 100 company, and was engaged as a consultant and technical project manager at a number of leading organizations. Fred is a Project Management Professional and certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt. He has Bachelor of Arts Degrees in International Affairs and Spanish from Lafayette College, Easton, Pa.

Senior Vice President, WorkCare, and Clinical Lead, Incident Intervention®

John Paul M. Longphre, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Longphre serves as a consulting medical director at client companies and provides clinical oversight for WorkCare's Incident Intervention telehealth program.

His contributions include strategic planning and insights into the development of WorkCare’s automated on-call physician contact system. He joined WorkCare as an Associate Medical Director in 2008. Based in North Carolina, he is board-certified in Occupational Medicine. Dr. Longphre earned his Medical Degree and Master’s Degree in Public Health at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He completed a fellowship in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine and his residency in Occupational Medicine at Duke University Medical Center. He is fluent in Japanese and a multi-engine, instrument-rated private pilot.

Senior Vice President, Medical Operations

Christopher Jankosky, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Jankosky joined WorkCare as Senior Vice President, Medical Operations, in July 2020. During the previous two years he founded and grew his medical consulting practice, serving as the Corporate Medical Adviser for multiple Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Jankosky joined WorkCare as Senior Vice President, Medical Operations, in July 2020. Dr. Jankosky previously held critical leadership positions at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, serving as an expert in vaccines and gene therapies for five years and receiving the Center for Biologics Managerial Excellence Award. A retired Navy Captain, he has held executive physician positions including director of the nation’s largest occupational medicine residency training program and Force Surgeon for the U.S. Pacific Submarine Force. Dr.Jankosky has extensive training and experience in infection control and prevention. For the U.S. government, he has led health-related engagements in locations as diverse as Vietnam, Ukraine, the Peruvian Amazon, Australia and Antarctica. Dr. Jankosky earned his medical degree at the Georgetown University School of Medicine and his master’s degree in public health at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. He is board-certified in both occupational medicine and neurology.

Chief Innovation Officer and Associate Medical Director, Onsite Clinical Operations

Anthony Harris, M.D., M.B.A., M.P.H

Dr. Harris was named WorkCare's Chief Innovation Officer in May 2020. He leads WorkCare's COVID-19 clinical response team across all industry sectors. Dr. Harris also provides clinical oversight for Onsite Services & Clinics. He is a company medical director and instrumental in the delivery of our Bio-Ergonomic Surveillance program using wearable technology.

Dr. Harris is WorkCare’s Chief Innovation Officer and Associate Medical Director – Onsite Clinical Operations. He leads our COVID-19 clinical response team. He has helped guide the development of our suite of disease prevention and management solutions, including automated daily screening, risk assessment, triage, testing and return-to-work clearances. He serves as a company medical director and is responsible for our Bio-Ergonomic Surveillance program using wearable technology.

Dr. Harris joined WorkCare in 2017. He previously served as Medical Director of Community Occupational Medicine, a full-service occupational health program in northern Indiana. Dr. Harris is board-certified in occupational medicine. He earned his Medical and Master of Business Administration degrees at the Indiana University School of Medicine and Kelly School of Business, respectively. He earned his Master’s Degree in Public Health at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Dr. Harris completed two years of general surgery training and obtained fellowship training in bio-design and innovation at the University of Missouri. He leverages his training and passion as an inventor to his role as Chief Innovation Officer. He is based in Chicago, Ill.

Jeffrey A. Jacobs, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Jacobs supports WorkCare’s clients and their employees as a consulting medical director and provides executive leadership and clinical oversight for Medical Exams & Travel.

Dr. Jacobs has more than 23 years of experience in a variety of practice settings. Before joining WorkCare in 2016, he was the corporate physician for a pharmaceutical manufacturer and medical director of Employee Health Services at a hospital in Philadelphia, Penn., where he is based. Dr. Jacobs is board-certified in occupational medicine. He earned his Medical Degree at Boston University and his Master’s Degree in Public Health at the University of California, Berkeley. He is a certified as a Medical Review Officer and commercial driver Medical Examiner.

Associate Medical Director, Telemedicine

Brittany Busse, M.D.

Dr. Busse joined WorkCare in March 2019. She is an integral contributor to the development of our telemedicine program,

Dr. Busse joined WorkCare in March 2019. She is an integral contributor to the development of our telemedicine program, which will allow WorkCare physicians to evaluate and provide treatment recommendations to injured employees via a secure video connection.

She previously served as Medical Director at two different telehealth companies. She earned her Medical Degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine, completed a residency in general surgery at the University of California, Davis, and was a surgical research fellow in reconstructive surgery and bioengineering. Her professional interests include addiction recovery, cultivating emotional and physical wellness, and facilitating the return of injured workers to function using a multi-modality approach.

Associate Medical Director

Irene Grace, M.D., M.P.H.

2013. After completing another assignment, she returned to our company in 2018. Dr. Grace is board-certified in occupational and environmental medicine.

Irene Grace, M.D., M.P.H., first joined WorkCare’s Associate Medical Director team in 2013 and, after completing another assignment, returned to our company in 2018. Dr. Grace is board-certified in occupational and environmental medicine.

At WorkCare, she provides medical surveillance exam, injury triage, and Medical Review Officer (MRO) services. In addition, she is the Medical Director at several client companies. She is a qualified member of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Medical Examiner Registry. Dr. Grace is based in both Orange County, Calif., and the Pacific Northwest. She is the former Medical Director (Occupational Health Services Officer) for the City of Long Beach. While with the city, she gained experience collaborating with bargaining units, doing disability evaluations, and developing police officer and firefighter medical standards. Her experience also includes Medical Director for a private industrial clinic, medical-legal evaluations, drug and alcohol testing programs, and writing OSHA-mandated policies and procedures.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Grace has a strong background in the management of orthopedic injuries. She received her Medical Doctorate from the University of Southern California and completed post-graduate training in a combined program through UCLA and USC.

Huwaida Mansour, M.D., M.P.H.

Huwaida Mansour, M.D., M.P.H., joined the WorkCare team in early 2018 as an Associate Medical Director and consulting physician. Dr. Mansour is board-certified in occupational medicine.

Huwaida Mansour, M.D., M.P.H., joined the WorkCare team in early 2018 as an Associate Medical Director and consulting physician. Dr. Mansour is board-certified in occupational medicine.

Among her responsibilities, Dr. Mansour is available to advise companies on occupational health-related issues, provide injury care guidance to employees via WorkCare’s 24/7 telephonic triage program and supervise onsite clinical staff. She is the medical director at a large chemicals project construction site.

Her recent experience includes medical director for a hospital-based occupational health program in Ohio and contract physician at an occupational medicine and urgent care clinic in Pittsburgh, Pa. She is based in western Pennsylvania.

Dr. Mansour received her Medical Doctorate at Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies and completed a residency at Western Reserve Care System in Ohio. She obtained her Masters of Public Health Degree at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Mansour started her medical career in pediatrics and transitioned to occupational medicine in mid-2000. While her focus is on workforce health management, she continues to provide emergency care to children by taking some weekend shifts at Akron Children’s Hospital. She uses her unique blend of experience in pediatrics and occupational medicine to pursue her interest in the health care needs of adolescent workers.

Patrick D. O’Callahan, M.D., M.P.H.

Patrick D. O'Callahan, M.D., M.P.H., is an Associate Medical Director with WorkCare, where he provides occupational medicine consulting services to a number of clients across the industry spectrum.

Patrick D. O’Callahan, M.D., M.P.H., is an Associate Medical Director with WorkCare, where he provides occupational medicine consulting services to a number of clients across the industry spectrum.

An occupational medicine and family physician, he formally served as Medical Director and Assistant Clinical Professor for Occupational Health at Stanford University and the SLAC DOE accelerator laboratory in Palo Alto, Calif. He has provided occupational health care and clinical oversight in manufacturing, pharmaceutical research and development, and hospital-based settings.

Dr. O’Callahan has extensive experience developing and running complex medical surveillance programs in research settings involving work with research animals, biological and chemical agents and emerging technologies. He has also worked extensively in emergency medicine, and is a certified Medical Review Officer.

Dr. O’Callahan received his Medical Degree from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and his Master’s in Public Health with an occupational and environmental medicine emphasis from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
