How does WorkCare manage client accounts that involve drug-and-alcohol screening requirements?

Our Medical Exams and Travel division has a dedicated drug-and-alcohol testing team that learns about each client’s specific testing requirements. We assist with customized program facilitation and act as an employer’s administrative back office by:

  • Scheduling drug screen appointments
  • Reporting and recording results
  • Providing employee clearance notifications
  • Consolidating pricing and billing
  • Overseeing testing consortia and random pools
  • Facilitating Medical Review Officer (MRO) review of results and donor follow-up
