Peter P. Greaney, M.D.

Dr. Greaney founded WorkCare and remains engaged in the company's clinical direction and strategic growth initiatives.

Dr. Greaney is WorkCare’s founder, Executive Chairman and Chief Medical Officer. He established WorkCare in 1984 as a national occupational health consulting company while successfully operating a busy occupational medicine practice for many years in Anaheim, Calif. His pursuits include research into innovations to deliver practical, integrated employee health management solutions across the care continuum. Dr. Greaney is driven to produce positive outcomes for employees, employers and society. In 2021, he received the President’s Award from long-standing WorkCare client Costco, the company’s highest honor, in recognition of “exceptional assistance” during the COVID-19 pandemic. He has served as Costco’s consulting Medical Director since 2008.

Dr. Greaney is board-certified in occupational medicine and board-eligible in toxicology. He earned his Medical Degree in Ireland and completed his occupational medicine residency at the University of California Southern Occupational Health Center, Irvine, Calif. In addition to his involvement with WorkCare, Dr. Greaney serves on boards in the PIH Health system, the board of a media company and as an advisor to a health technology company.

William (Bill) E. Nixon

Bill was named President and CEO of WorkCare in October 2018. He is responsible for executing the company's strategies to create sustainable growth.

He joined WorkCare in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Bill was instrumental in significantly expanding WorkCare’s footprint by investing in information technology, creating scalable delivery models and entering into strategic partnerships that add value for customers. He has held senior management positions in private and public companies for over 30 years, including 10 years as Executive Vice President and CFO for CORE, Inc., a provider of integrated disability management services to Fortune 500 companies. Bill has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College, Quincy, Mass.

Tai Fujimura

Tai joined  WorkCare in September 2021 to fill the newly created role of Chief Analytics Officer. He has over 20 years of global information technology experience.

He has over 20 years of global information technology experience in areas including data management, advanced analytics and decision intelligence. In his previous position, Tai was Vice President of Enterprise Information Architecture at City National Bank. At WorkCare, he leverages his ability to navigate rapid technology growth to support data-driven strategic planning and business decisions for our clients and across our enterprise. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Management Information Systems at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.

Martin K. Brogden

Marty joined WorkCare as Chief Financial Officer in June 2022. In this role, he contributes to the development of innovative business solutions and strategies to support growth, provides leadership oversight for WorkCare’s Accounting, Finance and Contract teams, and manages day-to-day CFO functions.

Marty is a commercial and cash-flow focused professional. He has broad accounting, finance and operations leadership experience in environments ranging from high-growth organizations to turnarounds. Marty has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from San Diego State University and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. A Southern California native, he enjoys hiking and spending time with family, and he’s a sports fan and classic car enthusiast.

Kay Gillespie

Kay joined WorkCare in November 2021 to lead our Human Resources and Learning and Development teams. She's passionate about HR programs that drive employee engagement and business growth.

Allison Khosroshahin

Allison joined WorkCare as a Human Resources Coordinator in 2005. Since then, she has continuously expanded her role. Before her November 2021 promotion to Chief Operating Officer, she served as Vice President, Human Resources.

In addition, in the past two years she managed implementation of WorkCare’s COVID-19 testing program, including onsite clinical support and the provision of thousands of COVID-19 diagnostic test kits to U.S. companies and their employees. As Chief Operating Officer, Allison works closely with WorkCare’s business division leaders to help ensure seamless service and the delivery of innovative, cost-effective solutions for clients. Allison has a bachelor’s degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton.

Frederick (Fred) Peguero

Fred joined the WorkCare leadership team in January 2019 after serving as Vice President of IT Enterprise Business Solutions with ECMC Group, Santa Ana, Calif.

He brings skills in setting strategic vision, building tactical plans and acting as a change agent. Fred is particularly passionate about leveraging technology to deliver business results. At ECMC, a financial services company, Fred was responsible for enterprise architecture, software engineering, applications development, integration, business intelligence and reporting, and database management teams. Prior to ECMC Group, he held executive-level IT roles with Ingram Micro, a Fortune 100 company, and was engaged as a consultant and technical project manager at a number of leading organizations. Fred is a Project Management Professional and certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt. He has Bachelor of Arts Degrees in International Affairs and Spanish from Lafayette College, Easton, Pa.

Christopher Jankosky, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Jankosky joined WorkCare as Senior Vice President, Medical Operations, in July 2020. Before joining WorkCare he ran his own medical consulting practice and served as the Corporate Medical Adviser for multiple Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Jankosky joined WorkCare as Senior Vice President, Medical Operations, in July 2020. He previously founded and grew his own medical consulting practice, serving as the Corporate Medical Adviser for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Jankosky has held critical leadership positions at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, serving as an expert in vaccines and gene therapies for five years and receiving the Center for Biologics Managerial Excellence Award. A retired Navy Captain, he has held executive physician positions including director of the nation’s largest occupational medicine residency training program and Force Surgeon for the U.S. Pacific Submarine Force. Dr. Jankosky has extensive training and experience in infection control and prevention. For the U.S. government, he has led health-related engagements in locations as diverse as Vietnam, Ukraine, the Peruvian Amazon, Australia and Antarctica. Dr. Jankosky earned his Medical Doctorate at the Georgetown University School of Medicine and his Master’s degree in Public Health at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. He is board-certified in both occupational medicine and neurology.

Senior Vice President and Clinical Lead, Incident Intervention®

John Paul M. Longphre, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Longphre serves as a consulting medical director at client companies and provides clinical oversight for WorkCare's Incident Intervention telehealth program.

Dr. Longphre serves as a consulting medical director at client companies and provides clinical oversight for WorkCare’s Incident Intervention telehealth program. His contributions include strategic planning and insights into the development of WorkCare’s automated on-call physician contact system. He joined WorkCare as an Associate Medical Director in 2008. Based in North Carolina, he is board-certified in Occupational Medicine. Dr. Longphre earned his Medical Degree and Master’s Degree in Public Health at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He completed a fellowship in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine and his residency in Occupational Medicine at Duke University Medical Center. He is fluent in Japanese and a multi-engine, instrument-rated private pilot.

Jeffrey A. Jacobs, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Jacobs provides executive leadership and clinical oversight for our Medical Exams & Travel division and serves as a Consulting Medical Director at client companies.

Dr. Jacobs supports WorkCare’s clients and their employees as a consulting medical director and provides executive leadership and clinical oversight for our Medical Exams & Travel division. Dr. Jacobs has more than 27 years of experience in a variety of practice settings.  His responsibilities include review of medical exam findings in the context of health status and hazard exposure risks. Before joining WorkCare in 2016, he was the corporate physician for a pharmaceutical manufacturer and medical director of Employee Health Services at a hospital in Philadelphia, Penn., where he is based. Dr. Jacobs is board-certified in occupational medicine. He earned his Medical Doctorate at Boston University and his Master’s Degree in Public Health at the University of California, Berkeley. He is a certified as a Medical Review Officer and commercial driver Medical Examiner.

Fred Kohanna, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Kohanna joined WorkCare in November 2021. He collaborates with clients to develop innovative, customized occupational health services that benefit employers and their employees.

Dr. Kohanna previously served as Vice President of Occupational Health and Chief Medical Officer at AllOne Health Resources. His experience includes consulting to companies in diverse industries, including petrochemicals, pulp and paper, hazardous waste, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, insurance and transportation. Dr. Kohanna is board certified in both Occupational and Environmental Medicine and Emergency Medicine. A fellow in the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, he received his Medical Degree from George Washington University’s School of Medicine and Health Sciences and his Master’s in Business Administration from Northeastern University. His clinical expertise includes environmental exposures, medical surveillance programs, fitness-for-duty and return-to-work evaluations, drug testing, wellness and health promotion, travel medicine and pre-placement health screenings.

Patrick D. O’Callahan, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. O'Callahan, M.D., M.P.H., is the Vice President of Onsite Clinical Operations, providing occupational medicine consulting services to a number of clients across the industry spectrum.

Dr. O’Callahan is the Vice President of Clinical Operations, providing occupational medicine consulting services to a number of clients across the industry spectrum. An occupational medicine and family physician, he formally served as Medical Director and Assistant Clinical Professor for Occupational Health at Stanford University and the SLAC DOE accelerator laboratory in Palo Alto, Calif. He has provided occupational health care and clinical oversight in manufacturing, pharmaceutical research and development, and hospital-based settings. Dr. O’Callahan has extensive experience developing and running complex medical surveillance programs in research settings involving work with research animals, biological and chemical agents and emerging technologies. He has also worked extensively in emergency medicine, and is a certified Medical Review Officer. Dr. O’Callahan received his Medical Degree from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and his Master’s in Public Health degree with an occupational and environmental medicine emphasis from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Associate Medical Director

Susan Dornstein, D.O., R.D.

Dr. Dornstein joined WorkCare in September 2020. She practices occupational, internal and lifestyle medicine, and she is a Registered Dietician.

Dr. Dornstein joined WorkCare in September 2020 after serving as a Medical Director for WorkNet Occupational Health Services for 18 years. She is an integral member of the concierge COVID-19 return-to-work, vaccine exemption, telehealth, WorkMatters and medical surveillance teams. As an occupational medicine, internal medicine and lifestyle medicine physician, Dr. Dornstein serves as the Medical Director for Boeing Corporation, where she performs fitness-for-duty, return-to-work, travel medicine and commercial driver license exams. She is certified as a Commercial Driver Medical Examiner. Dr. Dornstein received her D.O. degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and completed an internal medicine residency at Christiana Care Medical Center in Delaware. She is board-certified in lifestyle medicine and a Registered Dietitian.

Associate Medical Director

Amy Erdman, D.O.

Dr. Erdman is an integral contributor to WorkCare's COVID-19 response team. She has over 20 years of clinical experience in occupational and family medicine.

Dr. Erdman joined WorkCare in November of 2020 after serving as a Regional Medical Director for Pivot Occupational Health. She is an integral part of our COVID-19 concierge, return- to-work, vaccine exemption, medical surveillance and WorkMatters teams. She has over 20 years of clinical experience in occupational and family medicine. Dr. Erdman earned her Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Notre Dame and her Doctorate at Des Moines University. She completed an osteopathic internship at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and family medicine residency at the Crozer Keystone Center for Family Health. Dr. Erdman is a board-certified family physician,  medical review officer and qualified member of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Medical Examiner Registry.

Vice President, Clinical Accommodation and Leave Management, and Associate Medical Director

Irene Grace, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Grace brings a strong clinical background and experience in a variety of delivery settings to her position as Vice President of our Clinical Accommodation & Leave Management (CALM) division.

Dr. Grace first joined WorkCare’s Associate Medical Director team in 2013 and, after completing another assignment, returned to our company in 2018. At WorkCare, she provides clinical oversight and leadership for the Clinical Accommodation and Leave Management (CALM) division. During her tenure with WorkCare she has provided medical surveillance exams, injury triage, and Medical Review Officer (MRO) services. In addition, she has served as the Medical Director at several client companies. She is the former Medical Director (Occupational Health Services Officer) for the City of Long Beach. While with the city, she gained experience collaborating with bargaining units, doing disability evaluations, and developing police officer and firefighter medical standards. Her experience also includes Medical Director for a private industrial clinic, medical-legal evaluations, drug and alcohol testing programs, and writing OSHA-mandated policies and procedures.

Dr. Grace is board-certified in occupational and environmental medicine. Dr. Grace has a strong background in the management of orthopedic injuries and she is a qualified member of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Medical Examiner Registry. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her Medical Doctorate from the University of Southern California and completed post-graduate training in a combined program through UCLA and USC.

Sarah Johnson, M.D., M.P.H

Dr. Johnson joined WorkCare in 2020 as an associate medical director and provides occupational medical consultant services to a variety of our clients in the entertainment industry.

Before joining WorkCare, Dr. Johnson worked as a medical review officer and completed her residency in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at UCSF. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and attended medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She completed two years of general surgery in Chicago. Dr. Johnson taught high school English with Teach For America on the south side of Chicago before attending medical school. Dr. Johnson loves movies and ran two film series (indoor and outdoor) while at Johns Hopkins.

Huwaida Mansour, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Mansour joined the WorkCare team in early 2018 as an Associate Medical Director and consulting physician. She is the Medical Director at a complex chemical industry construction and production project site.

Dr. Mansour joined the WorkCare team in early 2018 as an Associate Medical Director and consulting physician. She advises companies on occupational health-related issues, provides injury care guidance to employees via WorkCare’s 24/7 telephonic triage program and supervise onsite clinical staff. She is the Medical Director at a complex chemical industry construction and production project site. Her experience includes Medical Director for a hospital-based occupational health program in Ohio and contract physician at an occupational medicine and urgent care clinic in Pittsburgh, Pa. Dr. Mansour is board-certified in occupational medicine. She received her Medical Doctorate at Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies, and completed a residency at Western Reserve Care System in Ohio. She obtained her Masters of Public Health degree at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Mansour started her medical career in pediatrics and transitioned to occupational medicine in mid-2000.

Isabel Pereira, D.O., M.P.H., M.S.A.

Dr. Pereira joined WorkCare in 2020. She has a broad range of clinical skills, including expertise in injury management, work-related medical exams and disability consultations.

Dr. Pereira earned her Medical Doctorate and Master of Science in Anatomy degrees at Des Moines University. She completed an occupational medicine residency at HealthPartners, St. Paul, MN, and received her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota. She also completed three years of anesthesiology training at the University of Iowa.

Marisol E. Sepulveda, D.O., M.H.A., M.P.H.

Dr. Sepulveda joined WorkCare as an Associate Medical Director in November 2021, transitioning from her role as Associate Corporate Medical Director at AllOne Health Resources. Dr. Sepulveda has special interest in the use of data, artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies to optimize employee health, well-being and performance.

Jerilyn Jacobs

Barry Fager

Barry provides astute financial analysis and reporting as a highly valued member of WorkCare's business management team.

Barry joined WorkCare in 2015 and became Chief Financial Officer in October 2018. He returned to the position of Director, Financial Reporting in December 2021. He supports WorkCare’s growth with astute financial analysis and reporting. Barry has extensive experience in finance for major companies such as Continental Airlines, Hewlett-Packard and Coca-Cola, and several non-profit organizations. Rebecca has over 25 years of experience developing and managing creative learning programs in government and private sectors. She joined WorkCare in 2017 as Training Manager and was promoted in 2021 to Training Director, Learning & Development, a newly created role.

Rebecca’s professional background includes instructional design, curriculum development and adult learning methodologies. She supports WorkCare’s diversity and inclusion, career progression and employee engagement initiatives. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication arts with honors at the University of Incarnate Word, and she is an active member of the Association of Talent Development.

Karen O’Hara

Karen has more than 30 years of experience in occupational health and safety consulting, curriculum planning, clinic operations, publications and market research.

Karen has more than 30 years of experience in occupational health and safety consulting, curriculum planning, clinic operations, publications and market research. She is responsible for WorkCare’s internal and customer-facing communications and collateral. Before joining WorkCare in 2014, she was affiliated with UL as a Managing Editor and Communications Specialist and the National Association of Occupational Health Professionals, where she served as Senior Vice President and Editor-in-Chief for 22 years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Humboldt State University, Arcata, Calif.

Director, Industrial Athlete Program

Bryan Reich

Bryan leads the development and delivery of WorkCare's Industrial Athlete Program, including management of our Industrial Injury Prevention Specialist team.

Bryan is the Director of WorkCare’s rapidly growing Industrial Athlete Program. In addition to consulting to clients, he oversees our team of Industrial Injury Prevention Specialists. His provides ergonomic evaluations, Stretch & Flex coaching, and other injury prevention and management interventions based on best practices. His industry experience includes job demand analyses, employee education and training, and consulting on workplace health risks. He joined WorkCare after managing an industrial athlete program at a major utility and serving as Head Athletic Trainer for the State Center Community College District, Reedly, Calif. A Certified Athletic trainer, he earned his Master of Science degree in kinesiology at the University of Texas at Tyler.

Patrina Smith, Ph.D.

Patrina joined WorkCare in 2018 as a regional account manager and was promoted in 2019 to fill a newly created role overseeing all aspects of onsite clinic operations. Her responsibilities include leading the

Patrina joined WorkCare in 2018 as a regional account manager and was promoted in 2019 to fill a newly created role overseeing all aspects of onsite clinic operations. Her responsibilities include leading the onsite clinic implementation process by coordinating client and cross-functional operational teams to mitigate risk, increasing employee retention and managing quality assurance. She has extensive clinical, business operations and client relations experience. Before joining WorkCare, she managed site-level supervisors. In collaboration with finance, created site budgets, staffing models and service offerings. Patrina earned her Doctor of Philosophy Degree at Trinity College. She has dual major Master’s Degrees in Nursing and Healthcare Administration awarded by the University of Phoenix.
