WorkCare initially provided our Incident Intervention telehealth triage program at an aerospace manufacturing facility in 2008, then established an onsite clinic at the site in 2013. Through organic growth and acquisitions by a leading corporation, we now provide comprehensive services to multiple aerospace companies owned by the corporation. Services include onsite and virtual injury care; medical surveillance exams; occupational physician oversight; fitness-for-work assessments; ergonomic evaluations; and health education, wellness and first-aid training programs. At one location we were instrumental in reducing the number of OSHA-recordable injuries from 85 to three within one year. At another site, our clinical expertise was recognized for significantly reducing health care costs for the company while increasing employee satisfaction.
