Dr. O’Callahan is the Vice President of Clinical Operations, providing occupational medicine consulting services to a number of clients across the industry spectrum. An occupational medicine and family physician, he formally served as Medical Director and Assistant Clinical Professor for Occupational Health at Stanford University and the SLAC DOE accelerator laboratory in Palo Alto, Calif. He has provided occupational health care and clinical oversight in manufacturing, pharmaceutical research and development, and hospital-based settings. Dr. O’Callahan has extensive experience developing and running complex medical surveillance programs in research settings involving work with research animals, biological and chemical agents and emerging technologies. He has also worked extensively in emergency medicine, and is a certified Medical Review Officer. Dr. O’Callahan received his Medical Degree from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and his Master’s in Public Health degree with an occupational and environmental medicine emphasis from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
