Rebecca has over 25 years of experience developing and managing creative learning programs in government and private sectors. She joined WorkCare in 2017 as Training Manager and was promoted in 2021 to Training Director, Learning & Development, a newly created role.
Rebecca’s professional background includes instructional design, curriculum development and adult learning methodologies. She supports WorkCare’s diversity and inclusion, career progression and employee engagement initiatives. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication arts with honors at the University of Incarnate Word, and she is an active member of the Association of Talent Development.
